Shipping & Returns
Where do you ship?
We currently offer domestic shipping for wine to 40 states. Unfortunately, we cannot ship wine to Alabama, Alaska, Hawaii, Kentucky, Mississippi, New Hampshire, North Dakota, South Dakota, Utah, Vermont, or any address outside of the United States at this time.
We ship all other products nationwide. To inquire about olive oil shipping outside of the United States, please email hello@stillbones.com to request a quote.
Do you offer local deliveries?
Calling all San Luis Obispo and Central Coast locals- we sure do! We offer free local deliveries within a 20 mile radius of SLO. No order minimum required! Just type in your address in the shipping section at checkout, and you will see the local delivery option provided.
Customers 21+ must be present to accept wine deliveries. All local orders are delivered Monday-Friday within 24 hours of purchase.
Do you offer any case shipping discounts?
We offer free shipping for wine or olive oil orders of 6 bottles or more! Discount is applied at checkout.
What is your returns & exchange policy?
We do not accept any returns or exchanges for wine or olive oil at this time. If your package is damaged upon arrival, please contact us at hello@stillbones.com, and we can evaluate the damage and resolve the issue. Stillbones is not responsible for lost or stolen goods.
For merch or home decor, we will accept the return for any new, undamaged item within 10 days of delivery. Goods must be unused and returned in its original packaging. Customers are responsible for shipping items back to us. We are not responsible for items that are lost or stolen in transit when making a return. Please email hello@stillbones.com to inquire about a return shipping address. Please note that initial shipping costs and return shipping costs are not refundable.
When will I receive my order?
All orders will be processed and fulfilled between 1-3 business days. Shipping within California takes approximately 1-3 business days to arrive. Out of state orders take approximately 5-8 business days, depending on the address. Once processed, we will send you an email notifying you that your order has shipped and provide tracking information.

What is required to receive a wine shipment?
An adult signature (21+) is required to accept your wine delivery.
UPS will make 3 delivery attempts. If a delivery is not made, UPS will then hold your package for 5 business days at a designated UPS location for customers to pick up in person with a photo ID before it is sent back to our wine fulfillment warehouse. Please note, initial shipping costs are not refundable and a $10 restocking fee will be applied if your package is returned.
Can I schedule a delivery date for my order?
You can reach out to UPS directly to arrange a different delivery date. We recommend signing up for UPS MyChoice where you can manage your shipments, schedule a delivery, and receive delivery updates.
