The unique Stillbones Savvy B is 100% Waiheke Island grown yet still encapsulates the New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc traits that have become admired and celebrated around the world. This bright and zesty vino is abundant in tropical fruit notes and herbal aromatics with a crisp, refreshing finish. Grown in volcanic and basalt soil, subtle notes of minerality are displayed in each glass.

Where the forest and vines meet the ocean and sea breeze, Waiheke Island is a place of magic filled with vineyards, olive groves, and beaches a bounty.

Remnants of a volcanic past give our vineyards a distinct and diverse soil. Our Sauvignon Blanc grapes are entirely hand-harvested, gently pressed to tank, and then met with a long, cool fermentation in stainless steel.

From a small-production, boutique winery, Stillbones has the New Zealand-approved seal of sustainability for good wine-making practices in both the vineyard and winery. Our wine is dry farmed and follows New Zealand’s world-leading guidelines for managing soil, waste, and climate change.
